Short on time but want to tie the knot? Are you vacationing abroad, get engaged, and want to seal the deal? A last minute elopement is something we can put together with a little magic!

This couple reached out to us on a Friday evening after getting engaged in the city of romance, Paris! They were coming to Amsterdam for the last few days of their trip, and really wanted to tie the knot the next Monday. This gave us only two full days to plan, during the weekend when many businesses are not operating! While this could have been a challenge, our amazing network of suppliers were responsive and took on the challenge, and we were able to book everything the couple wanted. 

This couple loved our standard elopement package, so we followed that structure when curating their elopement. Their hotel was outside of the city center, so to make it special we had the boat pick them up from their hotel. From there they took a tour through the heart of Amsterdam, with stops to take photos at their favorite picturesque spots. It was a beautiful midsummer day on the canals, and we could have not asked for better weather! Their time on the water began with a lovely intimate ceremony put on by our incredible officiant. This ceremony was followed by celebratory cake and a toast of champagne, and of course accompanied by classic Dutch hors d’oeuvres. 

Creating this magical day on such short notice was a fun challenge that really showed how amazing our network, suppliers, and internal team are. This couple made this experience easy and unforgettable, as they were flexible and just so happy about their engagement and marriage!
