Meet Alex and Hannah, a darling couple who booked our signature Amsterdam elopement package. Working with them was a fun creative process that allowed us to push the envelope with how far you can customize our base package!

A & H wanted their personalities and interests to shine throughout their elopement; with an overarching theme of bold colors and attention grabbing elements, inspired by the Lolita fashion of Japan. By choosing a stylistic photographer (you can choose from our diverse selection of photographers, based on your personal style) and going for their elopement shoot at the casino (we had to work our planner magic to allow a casino photo shoot!) they achieved really unique pictures that they will reflect on years from now, and feel like they are back in Amsterdam getting married.

Every detail of their day was in line with their theme and personalities; the bride wore a non-traditional dress and our confectioner decorated the cake in a modern and colorful way. H & A are an excellent example of how our packages serve as a blank canvas that you can build upon!

“We reached out to Liz at My Wedding Amsterdam at the end of January for our trip in April. With one zoom and some email back and forth over the next 2 months she was able to make our wedding come to life to our exact specifications. We had some outlandish requests, but Liz never blinked an eye she just made it happen! On day of, she showed up with things I would never had thought of, just totally prepared for anything. She was there to calm my nerves when I got SO nervous! At the last minute we even asked for photos in a strange location where normally they don’t allow you to take photos, but Liz was able to get permission and make it all happen! I can’t say enough how carefree, affordable, and just perfect this service was for us! If you are looking to elope, but Vegas seems a little too kitsch. Trust me book a flight to Amsterdam.
